The Big Fresh Catering Company only works with the freshest food and produce to ensure pupils are nutritiously fed during school. Most of the produce is freshly sourced with the meat being delivered from the butcher in readiness for cooking. Our vegetables are prepared in our kitchens where the goodness and nutrients are retained by using a method of combination cooking.
Our corporate and private customers are generally foodies who are really in to the very best ingredients – and we agree! We’re constantly looking at suppliers who can offer the next, Big Fresh thing.
